Who's behind this website, the rules for using it and what we agree when you buy from us. The law requires it, and we think it's only fair you know. If anything isn't clear, ask us: we'd rather explain beforehand than afterwards.

Accessing and browsing this website makes you a user and means you accept this legal notice, without prejudice to mandatory legislation. If you don't agree with it, please don't use the website.
Users are responsible for using the website properly and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information they provide in its forms. They undertake not to use the content for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to the law, morality or public order, nor in any way that could damage, disable, overload or prevent the normal use of the website or other users' equipment. Users will be liable for any damage Sabater Hnos. may suffer as a result of a breach of these obligations.
3. Links and disclaimer
Sabater Hnos. is not responsible for the content of external pages that can be reached through links on this website, nor does it guarantee their availability, accuracy or lawfulness.
Sabater Hnos. takes reasonable measures to keep the website working properly, but is not liable for damage caused by failures or disconnections of telecommunications networks that interrupt the service, or by viruses or other harmful elements beyond its control. Users are responsible for having suitable tools to detect and remove them.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, photographs, images, designs, trademarks and other content on this website belong to Sabater Hnos. or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 on intellectual property, Directive (EU) 2019/790 and the international treaties signed by Spain.
Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming them, in whole or in part, without the express authorisation of Sabater Hnos. is prohibited. Sabater Hnos. reserves the right to take any civil or criminal action that may apply.
5. Changes
Sabater Hnos. may change the website's content and this legal notice without prior notice. The terms that apply are those published at any given time.
Terms of sale
6. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the purchase of products on https://sabaterhnos.com. By confirming an order, the customer states that they have read and accepted them. The terms in force at the time of the order apply.
You must be of legal age to buy.
7. Products
We sell solid soaps, solid shampoos and other cosmetic products made in Barcelona. We describe each product as accurately as possible; because they are made by hand, colour and finish may vary slightly from the photographs.
8. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included: they are shown in the cart before you confirm payment and are set out on the Shipping page. We may change our prices at any time, but each order is charged at the price in force when it was placed.
9. How to place an order
- Choose your products and add them to the cart.
- Enter your contact details and shipping address.
- Choose a payment method and confirm your order.
- We send you a confirmation email with your order details, which serves as proof of purchase.
Before confirming, you can review and correct all your details. These terms are available in Spanish, Catalan and English. In dealings with consumers, if the versions differ, the version in the language chosen by the user, or the one most favourable to them, will prevail. We keep an electronic copy of every order, which you can ask us for.
10. Availability
Orders are fulfilled subject to stock. If a product sells out after you've bought it, we'll let you know as soon as possible and you can choose to wait for it or receive a refund for that product.
11. Payment methods
Card, Bizum, Google Pay and the other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by certified payment providers; Sabater Hnos. does not have access to your full card details.
If you notice an incorrect charge, email info@sabaterhnos.com or call +34 933 019 832 as soon as possible.
12. Delivery
Delivery times, zones and shipping prices are on the Shipping page. In any case, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days of confirmation. Risk in the products passes to the customer on receipt.
When you receive your parcel, check it. If it arrives damaged or something is missing, let us know as soon as possible at info@sabaterhnos.com, with photos if you can.
13. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. The procedure, the form and the exceptions are on the Returns and exchanges page.
Under article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. For our soaps and cosmetics, the seal is the label that closes the wrapping: you have to break it to open the product.
14. Guarantee
Products carry the three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If a product is not in conformity, you can choose between a replacement or a refund, on the terms set by law.
15. Use of the products
Each product comes with its instructions and precautions for use. Sabater Hnos. is not liable for damage resulting from use other than as indicated.
16. Data protection
The data you give us when you buy is processed to manage your order, as explained in our Privacy and cookies policy.
17. Applicable law, jurisdiction and complaints
This legal notice and these terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Barcelona, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction.
You can make any complaint at info@sabaterhnos.com or in our shop, where official complaint forms are available. You can also contact the Catalan Consumer Agency (Agència Catalana del Consum).
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
