Shipping Policy

All our items are shipped via Mailboxes.

Once the order is placed, a confirmation email is sent. When the package leaves our facilities, the logistics company will send an email indicating the estimated delivery date and a tracking number. (Check your spam folder to see if it ends up there.)

SHIPMENT PREPARATION

Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed the same day, except during holidays. All purchases will be picked up the next business day.

Orders placed on a national, regional, or local holiday or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic shipping: 1 to 3 business days

Shipping to Europe: 3 to 5 business days

International shipping (outside Europe): 7 to 10 business days (depending on the country)

These delivery times may vary depending on the delivery incident, such as the recipient's absence, incorrect address, etc.

Delivery times may be affected during periods of high sales volume such as Black Friday, Christmas, or special promotions.

SHIPPING COSTS

The final cost of each shipment will be calculated during the checkout process.

Shipping costs will depend on the area or country in question. Once you've entered your shipping address and added the products you want, shipping costs will be calculated.

Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any customs charges that may arise with shipments.

CHANGES OF DIRECTION

Once your order is on its way, it's not possible to make any changes to the address, as this would incur additional charges. When we send you your order confirmation, please check that all information is correct to avoid delivery issues and/or unnecessary charges.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made throughout the day, and we cannot guarantee an exact time slot for the delivery person to arrive. Therefore, we recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package to avoid incidents and possible delivery delays.

If the package is unsuccessfully attempted to be delivered to the recipient at the shipping address twice, the recipient will be responsible for contacting the logistics company to arrange a new delivery date or pickup point.

If the order is returned to our facilities for reasons not attributable to Sabater Hnos., the customer will be responsible for the associated costs. For more information, please consult our exchange and return policy.
