Returns and exchanges

Soap is a personal thing. That's why it only comes back to our shop if you haven't opened it or if it reached you in poor condition. Here's how it works, no small print.

If you change your mind

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to tell us you're returning it, without giving a reason. From the day you tell us, you have another 14 calendar days to send it back.

To do so:

  1. Email info@sabaterhnos.com with your order number and the products you're returning. If you prefer, use the withdrawal form at the end of this page.
  2. Send it, well protected and with the order number inside, to: Sabater Hnos. Fábrica de Jabones, Plaça Sant Felip Neri, 1, 08002 Barcelona, Spain.
  3. You can also bring it to our shop during opening hours.

Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend a tracked service.

What we can't accept

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of soaps, shampoos or other cosmetics if the label sealing the wrapping has been broken after delivery. That label is the product's seal: you have to break it to open the product. Nor can we accept personalised or made-to-order products.

Your refund

We refund the price of the products and the standard shipping you paid within 14 calendar days of you telling us about the return. We may wait until we receive the parcel, or proof that you've sent it, before doing so. The refund is made using the same payment method you used.

If something arrives broken, faulty or isn't what you ordered

Email info@sabaterhnos.com with a photo as soon as you notice. We'll send you the right product or refund you, whichever you prefer, and we'll cover all shipping costs.

Guarantee

All our products carry the three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery.
