Refund Policy
If the customer is not satisfied with their order, they have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exchange or return it.
In this case, you must contact us at the following email address to inform us of the decision and to process your exchange or refund.
To make such a return or exchange, the products must be sent in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with no signs of use to the following address:

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID:
To do so, the product must be returned in perfect condition. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the package at our facilities and verify that everything is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs.
EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT:
Whether you ordered a product by mistake or you changed your mind and want to exchange it for another product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the new shipment. If the product was valued at more than the amount returned, the difference must be paid. If, on the other hand, the order is for a lower value, we will refund the difference.
We ask that you send your products via certified mail or courier so we can track the package and ensure no incidents arise.
Once we receive the products, we will inspect them and, if everything is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use, we will refund or exchange the order.
For health reasons, exchanges or returns will not be accepted on cosmetic products that have been opened or show signs of use, unless they are in poor condition or defective.
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, the return and reshipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by Sabater Hnos.
REFUNDS:
Once the courier company delivers the package to our facilities and verifies that the items are in perfect condition, the customer will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount has been paid.
The refund will be reflected in the customer's account within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the bank. We will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
PRODUCT ERROR OR MISSING:
If the customer detects an error in their order, they can contact us within 24 hours of receiving it via email, and we will respond as soon as possible. We will collect the incorrect product and send the correct one at no additional cost.
We will not accept opened or used products. Both the product and its packaging must be in their original and unopened condition.
