3. Who we share your data with
Only with those who need it to provide the service, acting on our behalf and with the safeguards required by law:
- Shopify, the platform behind our online shop and its forms.
- MONEI, which processes payments.
- Mail Boxes Etc. and the carriers that deliver orders.
- Microsoft (Clarity), for website analytics, if you accept its cookies.
- Google, for website analytics, if you accept its cookies.
- Meta, for advertising, if you accept its cookies.
- Poptin, which runs the subscription and discount pop-ups.
Shopify may also use some shop data to improve its services, as an independent controller and under its own privacy policy. We will disclose your data to public authorities when required by law.
4. International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in Canada or the United States. When they do, it is done with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before. Email info@sabaterhnos.com stating which right you want to exercise; if necessary, we will ask you to verify your identity. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Minors
Our shop is not aimed at minors. Children under 14 may not give us their data without the consent of their parents or guardians, in accordance with article 7 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. If a security breach occurred, we would notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours at the latest, in accordance with article 33 of the GDPR, and inform you where the law requires it.
Cookies
Like almost every website, we use cookies. Some are essential for the shop to work; the rest are only set if you accept them, and you can change your mind whenever you like.
8. What cookies are
They are small files the website stores on your device to remember information about your visit, such as what's in your cart or the country you chose, or to measure how the website is used. The controller is Sabater Hnos.; some are set by third parties that provide services to the website, as shown in the table.

- Technical or necessary: let you browse, keep your cart and complete your purchase securely. They don't require consent.
- Analytics: measure how many people visit the website and how they use it, so we can improve it.
- Advertising: let us show you ads related to your interests on other websites and social networks.

Analytics, preference and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them.

11. How to accept, reject or change your mind
When you enter the website, the cookie banner lets you accept or reject cookies just as easily. To change your choice, delete the sabaterhnos.com cookies in your browser: next time you visit, the banner will appear again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge). If you block technical cookies, the shop may not work properly.
